				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is the last day of my cycle. I finished off at a nice 160lbs even.</p>
<p>Despite my setback, the dropping of <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> from the cycle and actually LOSING weight because of no type of lifting, I managed to make a comeback and rise back up to 160lbs.</p>
<p>At the start of the cycle, I was 155lbs, I dropped to 152 and then shot up to 160 once I recovered and my strength went from less to explosive in the matter of a few days.</p>
<p>I suppose some of it was muscle memory, but it doesn&#8217;t negate the fact that I put on amazing weight and size in no time at all. I was more determined than ever to see results after losing about 1 1/2 weeks of training, so that also helped me out. Since I only had 6 days left of the cycle, I decided to lower my dosage from 6 to 3 for the remaining of the time</p>
<p>Anyway, my <strong><a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> log</strong>, despite losing 10 days on a 30 day cycle, I still received pretty noticeable improvements. I feel fuller, more dense, and &#8220;psychologically bigger.&#8221;</p>
<p>I will include all my stats, lifting routine, circumference measurements and before and after pictures in my <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/?cat=8" target="_blank">BULK-UP 4 Week review</a>.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay so I&#8217;m going to make this short.</p>
<p>I am off cycle for a few days because I pulled some cartiledge in my sternum and the pain is unbearable. It&#8217;s really unfortunate.</p>
<p>Any way, I think it&#8217;s because my strength gains are through the roof and my muscular abilities far out weight my tendons ability to keep up.</p>
<p>I pushed up 75lb dumbbells on the shoulder press for the first time and that&#8217;s when it happened&#8230; a pull right in my cartiledge. No problems on the delt area, because they could lift the weight quite easily.</p>
<p>My joints need some support. On the squats, 325 felt light. On the leg press? 720 got pressed no problem.</p>
<p>Strength is definitely up. Vascularity was up. Weight gain is moderate&#8230; 3lbs of muscle so far on cycle. Yes, of MUSCLE.</p>
<p>Not much more to say. I&#8217;m hoping a heal up soon and can make it back in the gym. I&#8217;m slowing down on the dosage so that I can use some of it once I&#8217;m healed up and ready to go again.</p>
<p>Oh&#8230;almost forget: no more <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a>. I sold it and am strictly using <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> again. Started irritating the gyno, and now that the nips are deflating again, it&#8217;s obvious that&#8217;s what was fucking it up.</p>
<p><strong>NOTE: </strong>My gyno was PRE EXISTING. P BOLD did not CAUSE it. IT JUST MADE IT WORSE.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So this is my review for weeks 2 and 3 of <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> and <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a>.</p>
<p>I realize I&#8217;m a bit late on this weeks <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> review but better late than never, right?</p>
<p>Anyway, I haven&#8217;t been in the gym the last few days so the most recent I can report on is about 3-4 days ago.</p>
<p>See, I pulled some cartiledge in my sternum and it&#8217;s not the first time this happened. I am going to have to see a physiologist to see what the cause might be.</p>
<p>Before that, however, my gym days were nothing short of spectacular. My strength went through the fucking roof! 75lb dumbbells on the shoulder press..unbelievable! This was a personal record for me (and even though the video said 8), I actually got them up 10times!</p>
<p>Nothing much to say as far as mass gain, since I really haven&#8217;t been taking in as many calories as I&#8217;d like. However, I&#8217;m up to 158lbs and that is quite impressive for me. It&#8217;s VERY hard for me to put on weight; I am the hardgainer of all hard gainers!</p>
<p>I dropped the P BOLD from my cycle as it started to exacerbate the gynocomastia. The swelling was obvious. It may not be from the P BOLD exactly, but probably as a continuance of other cycles I did in the past. It wasn&#8217;t exactly helping me either though.</p>
<h2><a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> &amp; P BOLD Benefits</h2>
<p>I&#8217;ve taken <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> once before and enough times to understand the effects it is responsible of, and what P BOLD is also doing to my body. I can say without a doubt that <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> has given me the appetite I need to put on more weight (even if I don&#8217;t necessarily eat when I&#8217;m hungry). I&#8217;m a busy guy what I can say.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> allows my muscles to be denser and fuller than ever before. The night and day difference is apparent.</p>
<p>P BOLD, on the other hand, has caused increased vascularity on my forearms. I literally looked in the mirror one day and say three new veins coming out by the elbow I&#8217;ve never seen before. And with 3 pounds gain and more definition, the 3lbs are obvious muscle. I felt &#8220;different&#8221; on P BOLD. That&#8217;s the only way to put it. Incredible pumps, too. It&#8217;s really a shame I had to stop taking it halfway through the cycle.</p>
<p>Oh, and the physiological effects it has on my over all demeanor and mindset are different; just as the people that see me every day. They&#8217;ll tell you, too.</p>
<h2>PPBOLD &amp; <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> Side Effects</h2>
<p>The side effects of <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> are few and far between. <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> obviously irritated my PRE EXISTING gyno so that&#8217;s no surprise. It seems <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> is now counter acting that, and the liquid letro I got should help finish it off.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> makes my skin more oily, as I&#8217;ve reiterated many times. I have to put the benzoyl peroxide on extra amounts, and even then it doesn&#8217;t even dry out my skin. It&#8217;s like a lotion for me that&#8217;s how bad it is.</p>
<p>Confidence and alpha male like mentality.</p>
<p>Aggression. Depending on how you look at it, that could be a good or a bad thing.</p>
<p>Now, I am going to start takin 6 <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> a day while on &#8220;gym break&#8221; and hopefully I can conserve a good week or two of it once I&#8217;m ready and back to being able to lift again. I&#8217;ll let you guys know how it goes.</p>

<p>I feel like I officially hit &#8220;roid mode.&#8221; Yes I am way more aggressive. Totally came at some girls I been talking to, ended up in a few of them blocking me. No big deal. Now they just have to get in the back of the line.</p>
<p>Didn&#8217;t post up leg, shoulder or back day as I promised, but they were good. Each workout keeps getting longer, more intense and much better.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> is definitely putting weight on me, while I believe it is the <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> that is increasing my strength during this cycle. I am almost up to my third week and I will be posting a video on my <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> cycle and log in the coming days, of not tomorrow.</p>
<p>On leg day I squatted 285 10 times and get really deep, full range of motion squats. No half assed reps with too much weight like you see guys doing in the gym. My focus has been primarily PERFECT form, with 100% FULL RANGE OF MOTION on everything.</p>
<p>Even my 720lb leg press was knee to chest. Cheating is only cheating your gains.</p>
<p>Today I did chest and tricep. Put up 85lb dumbbells on the chest press&#8230;we&#8217;re talking allll the way down to chest and back up. I used to do 90lb dumbbells but never with the strict and disciplined form I have been implementing.</p>
<p>Lots of cable flyes, lots of dips (about 3 sets of 25), and lots of triangle pushups. Tris and chest felt insanely pumped today in the gym. Getting stares from everyone around me because I&#8217;m such a shredded cunt at 158.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, I wasn&#8217;t going to write anything today but I couldn&#8217;t resist.</p>
<p>I just had to come in here and say that my appetite is gone through the roof and I just can&#8217;t eat enough. Yeah I get full off of the same amount of food but I&#8217;m literally STARVING not even an hour later.</p>
<p>The weight I am putting on is crazy. Up another lb since yesterday, and it&#8217;s due to the amount of food I&#8217;m intaking. Definitely because of the <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a>.</p>
<p>Also, I have been having weird dreams as of lately. Talked to my friend who is a doctor and he said it&#8217;s probably because of the prohormones. Very aggressive, violent, abstract dreams; people jumping off of buildings, etc. Just crazy shit.</p>
<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m definitely loving this <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> and <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> stack, and so far the cycle is going good. Can&#8217;t wait to see the kind of weight I am going to push up tomorrow on chest day. I&#8217;m feeling pretty strong so got a good feeling about it.</p>
<p>Gotta cut this short, I&#8217;m starving. Time to go stuff my face : )</p>

<p>I definitely feel stronger. Today I did a full body workout for the hell of it. My stamina has also gone through the roof since the workouts I finish usually have me feeling nauseous but I could keep going. My training partner had to drag me out of the gym today. I&#8217;m excited for Monday since I have a really rigorous chest workout planned and I&#8217;m hoping to see greater and greater strength increases.</p>
<p>Also, my weight has gone up, which is surprising since my weight has stayed the EXACT SAME for months. Definitely happy about that.</p>
<p>Side Effects:</p>
<p>While on this <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> and <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> cycle and log I have noticed more oily skin and have been breaking out more. Got to keep the benzoyl peroxide on deck! Need to keep this face looking good : )</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the end of the first week. Since I just did a video yesterday I want to make this week&#8217;s <strong><a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> review</strong> short and sweet.</p>
<p>Basically&#8230;my strength is going up. A lot. I am definitely seeing more reps than ever before and setting personal records already. Seems like a lot to happen in just one week, and it could very well just be mental failure I was experiencing before that I am now surpassing.</p>
<p>If my strength continues to rise like it has been even more, than I know for sure it is my <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a>/<a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> stack. Placebo can only take my so far until real strength increases become apparent.</p>
<p>I am up a few pounds already at 157. Pretty decent since in the last few months I have REMAINED AT 155. It&#8217;s nice to see a difference in weight, but at the same time, again, it could just be a change in diet that has caused this.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is the sixth day of my cycle stacking <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> and <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> by ANDRO FACTORY! I&#8217;m nothing short of excited.</p>
<p>I realize I&#8217;m late updating both my site here and cycles on the forums but better late than never! Anyway, I have nothing to report so far except for about a 2lb gain and a noticeable increase in strength.</p>
<p>Today was leg day and I assume the <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/P-BOLD/62/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">P-BOLD</a> is kicking in because my strength has gone through the roof and I leg pressed 595 about 15 times&#8230;a personal record for me, even while I was on Metha-drol Extreme about a year back.</p>
<p>Quads are feeling dense and so is my overall physique. My <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> stack and cycle is definitely going well.</p>
<p>If you haven&#8217;t yet checked, go to my <a href="http://www.bulkupreview.com/recommends/BULK-UP/61/" title="" class="clicky_log_outbound">BULK-UP</a> cycle preparation post to see exactly the dieting regime I will be using each and every day while on this cycle. It contains just over 300 grams of protein and lots of calories.</p>
